  The living room has 2 stunning sofas, one of which doubles up as a bed along with an electric fire and sliding doors out onto the front decking.
  Kitchen consists of a dining table with 4 high backed chairs and plenty of work surface space! It’s fully equipped with an integrated washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is plenty of cupboard and storage space and comes with the added fantastic feature of a full height larder hidden behind cupboard doors.
  The first bathroom has a modern walk in shower, toilet and sink with storage and the en-suite is hidden at the back with a full sized bath, shower and toilet – perfect for soaking away the sand at the end of the day!
  Main bedroom has plenty of room with king size bed with under bed storage. There is a built in dresser with mirror and storage drawers as well as a dressing area with wardrobes between the bedroom and en-suite.
  Second bedroom is spacious and hosts 2 full-sized singles (not a fish finger bed in sight!) with wardrobe and space under the bed for extra storage.
  Outside tap and electricity points with useful metal shed in the garden for extra storage.
