Bowness Bay on the shores of Lake Windermere is only a leisurely ten-minute drive through the Winster valley.
Lambhowe was first established as a caravan park in 1962 and was acquired in 1987 by Phil & Lynda Barron who brought with them a wealth of experience in the caravan industry. In 1956 Phil’s parents established Dave Barron Caravans on the Fylde Coast. Phil followed in 1972 with the formation of Kendal Caravans, until transferring the business to the present owners in 1987.
