Hawkrigg farm partners Hawkrigg lune Valley Park and contributes to the stunning scenery surrounding the lodges. 35 Friesian cows are milked twice a day offering in the future all residents fresh milk for the day. They also run 5 limo seen and 5 pure Aberdeen Angus cows producing fine offspring of quality beef. Come March they lamb 165 mule ewes producing top quality Suffolk lambs for the market from July – November.
Helping with the day to day jobs is Pugsy and Floss the sheep dogs. Being very friendly dogs they have become friends with the current residents.
