There’s room for everyone at Akebar Park, including well-behaved dogs

  We have a huge range of holiday homes and lodges available for sale on a variety of waterside and golf course plots throughout the park. 

  We also have pitches for Touring Caravans, Motorhomes and Static caravan rentals.

  Welcome to Akebar Golf – one of Yorkshire’s most interesting courses.

  Whether you’re a complete novice, a seasoned golfer, or simply wish to play a leisurely game our 18-hole golf course at Akebar Park is designed to accommodate your entire range of golfing needs. We are a very friendly club and welcome all ranges of golfers.

  As one of the most beautiful courses in the Yorkshire Dales, our course rises gently uphill through streams and woodland and is surrounded by stunning scenery, including a spectacular view form the Jubilee Beacon at the highest point of the course.

  They are very proud to have their own on site pub and restaurant, ‘The Friars Head’. Not only that, but our stunning holiday park also boasts an 18 hole golf course and great park facilities, making it perfect for couples, families and friends to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of North Yorkshire.

  Aside from our park, you can find a handful of farmhouses, as well as our golf course and on-site pub and restaurant, The Friars Head.
