  Welcome to Akebar Golf – one of Yorkshire’s most interesting courses.

  Whether you’re a complete novice, a seasoned golfer, or simply wish to play a leisurely game our 18-hole golf course at Akebar Park is designed to accommodate your entire range of golfing needs. They  are a very friendly club and welcome all ranges of golfers.

  As one of the most beautiful courses in the Yorkshire Dales, the course rises gently uphill through streams and woodland and is surrounded by stunning scenery, including a spectacular view form the Jubilee Beacon at the highest point of the course.

  They are very proud to have their own on site pub and restaurant, ‘The Friars Head’. Not only that, but the stunning holiday park also boasts two padel courts and great park facilities, making it perfect for couples, families and friends to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of North Yorkshire.

  Set in the Richmondshire district of North Yorkshire, the population of the Akebar civil parish is less than 100..

  Aside from the park, you can find a handful of farmhouses, as well as the golf course and on-site pub and restaurant, The Friars Head.
